NALS

H2L first became licenced by The National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) in October 2006. Our licence number is A2842.

NALS is an accreditation scheme for letting agents and property management companies offering peace of mind to landlords and tenants in knowing that they are dealing with a company which agrees to meet defined standards of client service, together with having in place the necessary insurances to protect clients' monies (CMP), plus a complaints procedure offering independent redress.

Licenced members must go through a strict application process to join and must re-apply annually thereafter.

Member firms also need to provide an Accountant's Statement within six month's of each Year End as part of the ongoing membership.
