My Deposits

H2L first became a member of the My Deposits scheme in April 2007 when the new deposit protection legislation was originally introduced. Our membership number is 30172691.

My Deposits is one of the three government-authorised tenancy deposit protection schemes and is one of two "custodial" schemes whereby letting agents and landlord members can continue to physically "hold" tenants' deposit monies for the duration of the tenancy.

My Deposits has successfully protected more than a million deposits and over 60,000 landlords and letting agents use the scheme.
