Following the NatWest technical issues, it seems that we’re now able to access our account portfolio that we hold with NatWest and we can already see some forward transactions for Monday’s date.
We’re working really hard today to ensure that all payments are now made to our Landlords, both UK and International and our objective is to ensure that all payments are up to date by 10pm today, Sunday.
Tenants are advised to leave Standing Order payments in place and to continue to make manual payments as normal.
We will personally contact any landlords if there remains an issue regarding any expected rent payment.
We hope that all Deposit returns will also be processed today. Supplier and Contractor payments will be made as normal next Thursday.
