Client Service Visit

For properties that H2L is managing, we'll conduct regular Client Service Visits in line with the agreement that we have with your landlord. Some agents call these "property inspections" but we think that’s a bit too intrusive.

The frequency of these visits will depend on you and how you’re conducting the tenancy, the property itself and the wishes of the landlord.

We will always conduct a Client Service Visit or CSV, after three months of you having moved into the property and at anytime where we receive complaints from neighbours or when the rent is paid late. After that the frequency could be another three months, six or twelve months depending on what the landlord decides.

We will initially write to you for your availability. Call us back or send back your most convenient times and we’ll arrange to see you on the day you request at the time you request.

Typical CSVs can take between fifteen to twenty minutes. It gives us a chance to look around the property if we feel we need to, highlight any problems and give you a chance to report any issues that you’ve forgotten to report to us. We can also discuss renewing your tenancy, how to give notice if you need to or help with any payment queries or neighbour problems.

Saturdays and Sundays and evenings during the week are our busiest days so please book your CSV as early as you can if your schedule doesn’t allow you much free time.

Only with your specific permission will we conduct a Client Service Visit without you being present.
